Exchange Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• Returns require the original receipt and the completed Exchange Form included with your shipment.

Exchange Process

• Contact us via email or phone within 7 working days to request an exchange.
• Mail the item and Exchange Form back to VNS headquarters (customer bears return shipping fees).
• Inspection takes 48 working hours upon arrival. You will be notified of approval/disapproval via call or email.
• Unapproved items or late claims will be returned to the customer at their expense.
